Pond Cottage...
Pond Cottage is a one-storey property with one double bedroom. The cottage provides very comfortable accommodation with a large lounge, separate kitchen and dining area, shower & WC, double bedroom with King Size bed, and en-suite bath/shower, WC and WHB. The bedroom also has a separate sauna.
To the rear of the property is a walled garden with patio table, chairs and barbecue. All bed linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival. Towels can be provided at a small charge, but please bring your own beach towels. Two well behaved dogs are welcome in Pond Cottage. There is a separate exercise area in the orchard for dogs which is available for communal use.
The property may be suitable for those with limited mobility (Please see the Access Statement for full details). The majority of the living space is situated on one floor. There are three steps up to the bedroom with a hand-rail. Parking is available immediately outside for ease of access.

Arrival & Departure Information
Guests are welcome to arrive on Saturdays at around 4 pm. Departure is on Saturday morning by 10 am. Short breaks are available: Saturday - Monday, Tuesday - Friday.

Smoking
The Cottage is non-smoking.
